YOGA SCHEDULE

TUESDAY

2:30pm-3:30pm: Chair Yoga with Jennie Beane or Michele Viola

  • Designed for beginners, chronic pain sufferers, seniors, or anyone with an inversion aversion.  All yoga poses are done with the assistance of a chair for stability and balance.

WEDNESDAY

10:30am-11:45am: Slow Flow with Stefanie R Keller

  • Slow Flow is designed for beginning yoga students-advanced yoga students.  This is a slower, more gentle version of vinyasa flow.  It isn't necessarily "easy," but allows the body to stay in the yoga poses longer, providing the stretch needed and training the muscles to build strength and endurance.  The body will feel refreshed, the mind will relax, and your muscles and joints will have less pain.

2:00pm-3:15pm:  Lunch Flow, Hatha Yoga with Paul Motten

  • Come flow with yoga in the middle of the day at a great price.  Hatha yoga pairs breathwork with asana practice to build strength & flexibility while centering focus and calming the mind.

THURSDAY

10:30am-11:45am: Mindful Movement with Laurie Elian

  • A gentle meditation class with yogic aspects that includes chairs and slow body motions to ground the mind.  This class is perfect for seniors and people with mobility issues.  It helps ease and calm the mind, centers focus, and allows the body to relax.

2:30pm-3:30pm: Chair Yoga with Jennie Beane or Michele Viola

6:00pm-7:15pm: Prana Flow with Laura Ford Huber

  • Provides a graceful flow between the asanas, giving a great workout & relaxation of the mind with mild hands-on adjustments and energy flow.

FRIDAY

10:30am-11:45am: Gentle Flow with Paul Motten

  • Gentle Flow yoga is designed for beginning yoga students, senior, chronic pain patients, or primarily anyone that wants to relax.  This slow, gentle hatha yoga class will have the body more limber, while the mind calms, focuses, and relaxes.  

12:15pm-1:30pm: Lunch Flow, Hatha Yoga with Paul Motten

  • Come flow with yoga in the middle of the day at a great price.  Hatha yoga pairs breathwork with asana practice to build strength & flexibility while centering focus and calming the mind.

6:00pm-7:15pm: Yin Yoga with Michele Viola (Every Other Week)

  • Yin yoga is a practice that holds easy, gentle poses for long periods of time paired with breathwork and meditation.  This class will allow you to seek your calm, and fully stretch tired and sore muscles.

SATURDAY

11:00am-12:15pm: Every "Body" Yoga with Paul Motten 

  •  Breathe and relax while building strength and endurance.  This class caters to every level of yogi. Enjoy a mixed level flow as your instructor leads you through the asanas.  You will have options for advanced poses and well as modified, easier versions too.
