Take a well deserved mid-day break to re-energize with an inspired flow and core strengthening class. Vinyasa Yoga is a style that sequences poses together, with the breath, and transitions from pose-to-pose seamlessly. Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required. It's your practice, go with the flow.
CHAIR YOGA

Designed for beginners, chronic pain sufferers, seniors, or anyone with an inversion aversion. All yoga poses are done with the assistance of a chair for stability and balance.
WEDNESDAY
SLOW FLOW
-
Slow Flow is designed for beginning yoga students-advanced yoga students. This is a slower, more gentle version of vinyasa flow. It isn't necessarily "easy," but allows the body to stay in the yoga poses longer, providing the stretch needed and training the muscles to build strength and endurance. The body will feel refreshed, the mind will relax, and your muscles and joints will have less pain.​
POWER FLOW

This quick, 45 minute class follows the basics of Vinyasa Yoga, but adds plenty of balancing poses, power poses, and moves at a faster pace than our other yoga classes. This class is designed for students with prior yoga experience.
KIDS YOGA, (1st WED EACH MONTH)

A fun 30 minute class geared for ages 4-9 year olds. If you want, slide into the Kids Salt Cave afterwards. Please note, parents must attend class as well. They do not have to participate, but must be present with their child.

Provides a graceful flow between the asanas, giving a great workout & relaxation of the mind with mild hands-on adjustments and energy flow.
FRIDAY
GENTLE FLOW

Gentle Flow yoga is designed for beginning yoga students, senior, chronic pain patients, or primarily anyone that wants to relax. This slow, gentle hatha yoga class will have the body more limber, while the mind calms, focuses, and relaxes.
KARMA YOGA

Enjoy yoga for free! Donations only, and all proceeds go to a local charity or nonprofit. Hatha yoga pairs breathwork with asana practice to build strength & flexibility while centering focus and calming the mind.
EXPRESS & DE-STRESS

This is a class that is designed to relax and calm you down from the hectic week, feeling yourself recharged for the weekend. It's 45 minutes that you can carve out for yourself. The beautiful thing about this class is that it perfectly aligns with our 5:45pm salt cave... so if you have the extra time, unwind in the salt cave first, and then stretch it out with yoga.
SATURDAY
EVERY"BODY" YOGA

Breathe and relax while building strength and endurance. This class caters to every level of yogi. Enjoy a mixed level flow as your instructor leads you through the asanas. You will have options for advanced poses and well as modified, easier versions too.
