WEDNESDAY
SLOW FLOW

Slow Flow is designed for beginning yoga students-advanced yoga students. This is a slower, more gentle version of vinyasa flow. It isn't necessarily "easy," but allows the body to stay in the yoga poses longer, providing the stretch needed and training the muscles to build strength and endurance. The body will feel refreshed, the mind will relax, and your muscles and joints will have less pain.

Provides a graceful flow between the asanas, giving a great workout & relaxation of the mind with mild hands-on adjustments and energy flow.
FRIDAY
GENTLE FLOW

Gentle Flow yoga is designed for beginning yoga students, senior, chronic pain patients, or primarily anyone that wants to relax. This slow, gentle hatha yoga class will have the body more limber, while the mind calms, focuses, and relaxes.
KARMA YOGA, HATHA FLOW

Enjoy yoga for free! Donations only, and all proceeds go to a local charity or nonprofit. Hatha yoga pairs breathwork with asana practice to build strength & flexibility while centering focus and calming the mind.
SATURDAY
EVERY"BODY" YOGA

Breathe and relax while building strength and endurance. This class caters to every level of yogi. Enjoy a mixed level flow as your instructor leads you through the asanas. You will have options for advanced poses and well as modified, easier versions too.
