SOUND THERAPY
Sound bowl therapy enhances many modalities in the body. A bit of information about sound bowl therapy from our therapist:
Gentle sounding bowls, calming and soul-stirring sounds coax your attention inward and encourage the mind to begin to release from thoughts and surrender to the sounds, allowing you to enter the serene depths of your center, from which intuitive knowledge flows. As layers of stress wash away, feel the gentle sway of your mind settling into the rhythm of your own heart – wisdom/insights/clarity can rise to the light of understanding. As we soak in blissful sound energy, illumination and expansion occur.

During this slow immersion of sound, vibration and resonance, bowls will be placed upon the body to move energy. In this way, the body untangles from stress, finding comfort in releasing muscular tension.

PRIVATE SOUND BOWL SESSIONS

Enjoy sound bowl therapy in a private setting, while gently resting on one of our massage beds.
This is different from our other sound bowl events, as the bowls surround you. Each sound bowl is strategically placed for you to receive the healing benefits of their vibrational frequencies as they align throughout your body. These sessions provide powerful healing to both physical and emotional issues.
PRIVATE SALT & SOUND BOWL SESSION

Enjoy sound bowl therapy in a private session with 1 or 2 people. Each session lasts for 45 minutes and is hosted in our Private Salt Room where you get the benefits of salt therapy as you gain the healing from the sound bowls.

This is different from our other sound bowl events, as the bowls surround you or you and a partner/friend. Each sound bowl is strategically placed for you to receive the healing benefits of their vibrational frequencies as they align throughout your body. With the additional benefits of salt therapy, these sessions provide powerful healing to both physical and emotional issues.

This therapy takes place once a quarter as a special event.

SERENE SALT & SOUND

Sound bowl meditation is a total immersive experience that allows the mind to calm, our energy to ground, and creates a revitalization of the soul. Pairing sound bowls with the healing environment of the salt cave is going to be one of the most special events we have ever had the pleasure to bring to downtown Lenoir.
Salt therapy is a wonderful respiratory treatment for our bodies, but it does more than that for us. It increases the circulation in the body which naturally reduces inflammation. It activates the metabolic system in the body, allowing for a total detoxification. It treats hair, skin, and nail conditions, but best of all it provides ionic balancing, creating a sense of calm and total relaxation within our bodies.
Combining the healing power of salt therapy and sound bowl meditation is a magical combination.
