New to yoga? Wanting to try a yoga class but have no idea where to start? Perhaps you do yoga but want to hone your skill and practice in a nonjudgmental environment... Well, this is the class for you. Lead by Adam Hartley, enjoy a light hearted, gentle approach to yoga where jokes will be made, fun will be had, and all are welcome!
