Slow Flow is designed for beginning yoga students through advanced yoga students. This is a slower, more gentle version of vinyasa flow. It isn't necessarily "easy," but allows the body to stay in the yoga poses longer, providing the stretch needed and training the muscles to build strength and endurance. The body will feel refreshed, the mind will relax, and your muscles and joints will have less pain. Our yoga courses are offered throughout the day, with a variety of instructors. We primarily focus on the vinyasa/hatha style of yoga that allows our bodies to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, while calming the mind. All yoga props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own materials as well. Classes last approximately 1 hour and 15 mins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your scheduled class in order to check in with the receptionist and prepare your mat.
