Christian Lannie will be performing sound bowl meditation inside the salt cave. Sound bowl meditation is a total immersive experience that allows the mind to calm, our energy to ground, and creates a revitalization of the soul. Pairing sound bowls with the healing environment of the salt cave is going to be one of the most special events we have ever had the pleasure to bring to downtown Lenoir. Salt therapy is a wonderful respiratory treatment for our bodies, but it does more than that for us. It increases the circulation in the body which naturally reduces inflammation. It activates the metabolic system in the body, allowing for a total detoxification. It treats hair, skin, and nail conditions, but best of all it provides ionic balancing, creating a sense of calm and total relaxation within our bodies. Combining the healing power of salt therapy and sound bowl meditation is a magical combination.
