Prana Flow provides a great stretch, balance, and muscle endurance for the body. The breathwork allows the mind to relax and become at ease. This class gives the body a good workout without any harshness. Our yoga courses are offered throughout the day, with a variety of instructors. We primarily focus on the vinyasa style of yoga that allows our bodies to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, while calming the mind. All yoga props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own materials as well. Classes last approximately 1 hour and 15 mins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your scheduled class in order to check in with the receptionist and prepare your mat.
