Moonrise Movement invites you to move freely, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through music and motion. This guided ecstatic dance experience is a judgment-free space to let go, breathe deeply, and follow your body’s natural rhythm. No dance experience needed—just come as you are. Hosted at Wolf Moon Salt Cave and Stress Reduction Center, this evening offers uplifting music, calming energy, and community connection in a unique healing environment. Barefoot or comfortable shoes welcome. Bring water, an open mind, and be ready to move.
