Cacao Ceremony and Reiki Energy Healing

Service Description

We start the session with a delicious raw cacao drink to uplift and set the intention for the evening. We will transition into guided meditation and a group Reiki healing to prepare the body to receive the flow of energy to create a receptive experience for deep relaxation. Pari and Aranyani are both professional healers, and Reiki Masters who will facilitate this deep, transformational experience. Cacao has long been known in indigenous cultures as a drink of the spirit, a way to connect with the Gods. The Cacao ceremony is an opportunity to listen and connect. It is believed to open the heart and bring about a sense of inner peace and connection to the present moment. One of the primary physical benefits of ceremonial grade cacao is its ability to boost energy and focus. Cacao contains theobromine, a compound that has been shown to improve cognitive function and focus. It is also high in antioxidants, which can help to protect the body against free radicals and reduce inflammation. It is important to understand that we are energetic emotional beings. Allowing emotions to pass through us is necessary for achieving a balanced state of being. If energy is suppressed, or doesn’t have a method of release, it will build. This can result in us holding negative emotions such as Anxiety, Frustration, Fear, Sadness, Depression. These emotions can then translate to physical ailments or disease. In this energy work session we will delve into techniques for enhancing the flow of energy throughout your body. We'll also celebrate fresh starts, let go of perceived obstacles, and sow the seeds for new habits that align with your physical and emotional well-being. Once we have enjoyed the cacao ceremony, the group will be invited to take a restful position (sitting or laying) as the two healers will lead a special mindfulness meditation for the group to release blocks and increase the flow of energy. As we improve the flow of energy around the body, we can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, increase joy and reduce other symptoms of illness. Once in this restful state, Aranyani and Pari will conduct a group Reiki session (energy healing) where each person’s stated prayer/intention will be uplifted, focusing on the individual as they also boost the prayers of the group in this special energy work session. This will also include some sound therapy; using singing bowls and tuning forks as they are guided.
