Our studio is designed with an open feel, where our exposed beam ceiling, antique windows, and open wall concept allows you to carve a space for yourself.  

Enjoy the salt block décor on the walls, and breathe the cleansed air as Himalayan salt lamps and diffusers surround you. 

We welcome you to bring your own equipment to class, but we will provide you with everything you need.  There is also a designated space to store your belongings during class, so you don't have to worry about it piling around you.

We offer a variety of classes taught by a variety of instructors.  Yoga is for everybody, but every "body" is different, and hosts different needs.  Come strengthen your body, develop balance, while calming the mind.

New to yoga?  Try one of our Beginners Yoga classes or something from our our Yoga 101 series.  

Perhaps you're a tenured yogi? Come to a Vinyasa Class or challenge yourself in an Advanced course.  Want to burn some calories?  Try our Power Flow class.  

Most of our classes are taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga, where we flow within our asanas (poses) and move with our breath.


Our instructors are amazing!  Each boasts a different set of talents, style of teaching, cultural background, etc.
