WEDNESDAY

-10:30am-11:45am: Slow Flow with Stefanie R Keller

        -Great for beginners or relaxation

THURSDAY

-10:30am-11:45am: Mindful Movement with Laurie Elian

       -Beginner level appropriate, tiered for seniors, relaxation, or all levels

-5:30pm-6:45pm: Vinyasa Flow with Stefanie 

        -Class is tailored to yogis!

FRIDAY

-10:30am-11:45am: Gentle Flow with Paul Motten

         -Beginner level appropriate, Tiered towards chronic pain sufferers and seniors 

-12:15pm-1:30pm: Lunch Flow with Paul Motten

        -Open to all levels of yogis!

-6:00pm-7:15pm: Yoga 101 with Adam Hartley

        -Beginner level appropriate

SATURDAY

-11:00am-12:15pm: Every "Body" Yoga with Paul Motten 

        -Mixed level flow for all experience levels

-5:00pm onward... Yoga Courses or Special Classes (Varies from week to week)

        -3/4/23:  Sound Meditation with Christian Lannie, 5:30pm-6:45pm

        -3/11/23:  Astrology Class with Pari Sadegi, 5:00pm-8:00pm

        -3/18/23: Mead and Mindfulness, 5:30pm-6:45pm

                -$12 per person, include class and a 4oz pour of mead

                -MoonJoy Meadery and Wolf Moon partner up to bring you this special class once a month.  We begin in the yoga studio, then walk around the corner to the meadery. 

        -3/25/23:  Oxytocin Flow Series (Class 3) with Laura Ford Huber and Madie Causby, 5:30pm-6:45pm
