Service Description

Take a well deserved mid-day break to re-energize with an inspired flow and core strengthening class. Vinyasa Yoga is a style that sequences poses together, with the breath, and transitions from pose-to-pose seamlessly. Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required. It's your practice, go with the flow. All yoga props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own materials as well. Classes last approximately 1 hour and 15 mins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your scheduled class in order to check in with the receptionist and prepare your mat.
